Reviews you can actually check
Every verification badge on Vouch Rate links to the evidence behind it. No business can pay to remove criticism, reorder its reviews, or invite only its happy customers.

Verification, not decoration
A “Verified purchase” badge means we matched the review to an order confirmed by the business's own sales system — and the badge links to what we matched.
How verification worksSuspicion is not a verdict
Unusual patterns route a review to a human, and it shows as “Under review” in the meantime. We never label a real customer's review fake on a model's say-so.
Read the moderation policyThe rating is published maths
Verified and recent reviews weigh more, and low-volume profiles are pulled toward the platform average. Every constant in the formula is written down.
See the rating methodEvery kind of business your customers actually use
Shops, garages, dentists, builders, hotels, accountants. If people pay for it, they have an opinion about it — and that opinion belongs on a profile the business cannot edit.
Collect reviews. Without the sales call.
Vouch Rate was built by people who got tired of being sold to by a review platform. Every price is on the pricing page, the free tier is genuinely free, and there is nobody here whose job is to ring you.
No one will call you
There is no sales team, no “book a demo to see pricing”, and no account manager who reappears at renewal. Claim your profile and start collecting in about five minutes.
See every priceLeaving costs you nothing
Cancel and your profile stays public, your reviews stay published and your rating keeps working. We can switch your tools off. We will never switch your reputation off to make leaving hurt.
Who owns whatNobody can outbid you
Placement, ordering and ratings are not for sale — not to you, and not to your competitor. Advertising and reviews never touch each other here.

Strongest reputations right now
Ranked by reputation health — rating, verification rate, review volume and how quickly the business answers its critics.
Recently reviewed
Ordered by when someone last wrote about them, not by how well they scored. A company appears here on its first review — position says nothing about whether it is any good.

Carpets Revived After Dogs, Drama and One Giant Spider
The first thing I asked this company to do was remove a very large spider that was terrorising me in the kitchen — once that drama was dealt with, we moved on to the real challenge: my lounge carpet. I have two dogs and honestly, you name it, they’ve done it 🙈 so I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy task. I used their September offer, which meant I could have all the carpets throughout the house cleaned, as well as the vinyl in my kitchen. They did an absolutely excellent job. I’m genuinely pleasantly surprised at how well the carpets came up — almost like brand new. Thank you to both of you for working your magic.
