Good work but we were the wrong size of client
The quality was not in question. The issue was fit — we are a two-person business and wanted something small and quick, and the process we got was built for larger projects. Discovery, staging, review cycles. All sensible for a bigger build, all overhead for what we needed. They were upfront that it might not suit us and refunded part of the discovery fee when we said so.
