    Strong technical work, project management could be tighter

    No complaints about the build quality — the site is fast and has been rock solid since launch. What I would push back on is communication during the middle stretch. There were about ten days where I did not hear anything and had to chase for a status. When I did ask, the answer was thorough and the work had been getting done. I would just rather have known.

    Solid, though the invoice came in over the estimate

    Happy with the outcome and would use them again. The final figure was about 12% over the estimate because of scope we added mid-way, which is partly on us. They did flag it at the time; I would have preferred a written change note rather than a mention on a call.
